Here's his gorgeous girlfriend JENNY MCCARTHY topping up her tan for the second day running on the couple's Hawaiian holiday.
Former Playboy pin-up Jenny opted for a stripy two-piece after glowing in her fiery orange number the previous day.
The couple have been dating since December 2005 but they have no plans to get hitched.
However, Jim has reportedly set up a $50million trust fund in Jenny's name, ensuring she'll be set up for life.
A source said: "He adores her and credits her with his better health and happier outlook on life. He wants her to have all the perks in life should anything happen to him."
