Earlier back at their resort, Khloe Kardashian was also spotted chatting to her three-year-old nephew Mason Disick outside.
Later, Kourtney was seen carrying her daughter Penelope while keeping an eye on Mason as he played in the pool.
Also on the island is Kourtney's half-sister Kendall Jenner and step-brother Brody Jenner.
Missing out on the trip was Kim's boyfriend Kanye West and Khloe's husband Lamar Odom.
