The fitness fanatic, who also offers a Lifestyle Consulting Service, has recently released a healthy cook book called theFun Fit Foodie Cookbook.
She was spotted picking up a food processor and some cooking implements on her shopping excursion after posting on her Twitter page that she was planning to celebrate Memorial Day the Fun Fit Foodie way.
She also had a copy of the book in her hand but it was unclear whether she had just bought a copy hoping to give her sales a little boost or was just carrying it around for promotional purposes.
