But Melanie Sykes, 42, still had time to squeeze in a sun holiday to Dubai recently, just a few weeks before she ties the knot with her 26-year-old fiancé Jack Cockings.
Proving that she's still got the perfectly toned figure that she became famous for in the 1990s, the presenter ran around the beach at the Grosvenor House hotel in a blue bandeau bikini.
